Both University Poker Championships are free to enter with prizes of Free Tuition and a trip to the World Series of Poker in the UK and a trip to a European Poker Tour Event for the winner of the North American event.

November 21, 2007 -- Today, Life of Sports Inc. launched its successful University Poker Championship in the United Kingdom (UK) and throughout North America (NA). Life of Sports has partnered with Cakepoker.com in the United Kingdom and with Pokerstars.com in North America for the weekly free roll tournament format.

The United Kingdom University Poker Championship is open to any college or university student within the UK. Participants will be competing for a grand prize that includes free tuition for one year and a seat at the 2008 World Series of Poker Main Event in Las Vegas this coming July. This prize is estimated at approximately $12,000US.
